Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer shipping via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected and your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 2 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Shipping):
Mandy's Gift Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please check with your local customs office for information regarding import duties and taxes.
Damages:
Mandy's Gift Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We will help provide any information needed to the shipping carrier to help with the claim.
